  • The Learning Resource Center (LRC) was established by the UP board of Regents on April 17, 1997.
  • Its main task is to provide instructional and supportive services to students to ensure that the goal of promoting academic excellence will be realized in a more caring and nurturing way.

LRC's Online Tutorial and Reservation System

The Learning Resource Center is launching their first-ever online tutorial enlistment and interactivity system and the online instructional materials reservation system. They are encouraging all students to enlist on the systems and participate on the peer tutorials as they wish and/or use the reservation system for ease in borrowing materials from the center.
