Asst. Prof. Vic Calag extended his congratulations to UP Mindanao BS Computer Science alumni for winning the Grand Prize/1st Prize for their game “RiBeat” in the Game Development Category of the DTI Creative Industries’ Young Creatives Challenge Season 2.
Prof. Calag named Kaye Janua B. Maceda (BSCS 2023, cum laude), credited as QA/ Business Lead in the game development page, Franz Kenji L. Vilela (BSCS 2023, cum laude), credited as Project Lead/ Lead Programmer, Francis Gabriel S. Jacinto (BSCS 2023), credited as Programmer/ Sound Designer, and Rhymno A. Orioque (BSCS 2022), credited as Programmer/ 3D Artist. Other team members listed on the page were Mark Bolilan, as 3D Artist/ UI Designer, and Zian Callao as Sound Designer.
