Chancellor Lyre Anni Murao presented a preview of her strategic framework during the Office of the Chancellor’s (OC) assessment and planning session held on June 24, 2025, as OC units shared their accomplishments and challenges in preparation for the university-wide strategic planning in July.
Each OC unit delivered five-minute presentations highlighting key milestones, followed by workshops that identified success factors, challenges, and lessons learned—discussed further during a working lunch. In the afternoon, Chancellor Murao outlined her draft framework, which served as the basis for a collaborative mapping activity where units proposed strategic directions and contributions aligned with the framework.
Similar assessment and planning sessions were also conducted by the academic affairs and administration clusters throughout the same week at various venues in preparation for the upcoming university planning.
