The Urban and Regional Planning Graduate Program of the UP Mindanao Department of Architecture celebrated the end of the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2024-25 with the 2025 Research Colloquium, held on May 14, 2025, at the CHSS Cultural Complex.
The Colloquium featured presentations of the theses by the candidates for the Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning degree.
While using their professional environments as subject matter for their research, the candidates discovered innovative ideas and fresh perspectives that could help shape the future of Mindanao cities and regions. The colloquium aimed to gather support for the researchers’ ideas and create new conversations in urban and regional planning.
The descriptive research titles and their respective research proponents are:
