Asst. Professor Leo Manuel B. Estaña took his Ceremonial Oath of Office as Vice Chancellor for Administration before the Flag Ceremony Personnel Assembly on May 26, 2025.
Chancellor Lyre Anni Murao administered the oath to VC Estaña in the presence of VCAA Maria Stella Salazar and HRDO Chief Lynda Buenaobra.
President Angelo Jimenez appointed a/Prof. Estaña as vice-chancellor along with VCAA Salazar, effective March 1, 2025. The Board of Regents confirmed the appointment at its 1398th meeting on March 27, 2025.
